Dedicated to identifying and implementing process improvements within the supply chain, you play a pivotal role in analyzing workflows, developing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Manage and execute the successful application of systems and process improvements, ensuring functionality and continuity of all Customer Service O2B processes and tools in line with strategic objectives for supported brands;
- Serve as a key liaison between the Customer Service O2B organization and IT, translating business needs and capabilities into clear technology requirements that support North America customer service strategies;
- Enable system availability and provide day-to-day support and communication to ensure business process continuity, timely issue resolution, and a high level of operational excellence;
- Drive initiatives for continuous process and system improvement, aligning with long-term strategies while defining business benefits, costs, and ROI together with business groups and IT;
- Influence business leads to implement appropriate process improvements within their teams, identifying integration opportunities and fostering a culture of continuous improvement;
- Drive the development of solutions, assess risks, and identify opportunities using emerging technologies to deliver business value, including creation of documentation, standards, training materials, and governance for new processes and systems;
- Provide leadership through project management, supporting Customer Service O2B and related functions, and contribute to cross-functional projects across the North America Supply Chain;
- Lead the enablement of business strategy by managing capabilities integrated across large cross-functional teams and long-duration projects, ensuring alignment with broader supply chain and commercial goals;
- Be accountable for system readiness by influencing and managing IT enhancements and improvement work, partnering with business leads to ensure strategic alignment and readiness for deployment;
- Independently perform research and root cause analysis of highly complex issues, participate in developing potential solutions, and influence recommendations to ensure accurate and timely resolution;
- Lead regional planning systems as the business representative to the IT group for system strategy, long-range planning, upgrades, issue management, and overall system health.
WHO YOU ARE
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
- BS or BA degree in a relevant field;
- Expertise in Bayer’s business processes and systems, including SAP and related tools, with broad knowledge and experience in supply chain operations, marketing programs, and business strategies;
- Demonstrated ability to influence across multiple functions and build trust with business partners, including strong project management and stakeholder influencing capabilities;
- Proven ability to perform highly complex analysis, understand intricate business processes and system interdependencies, and provide recommendations that materially impact business results;
- Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on self-development, the ability to develop, monitor, and deliver on critical timelines, and a collaborative working style that fosters diverse, inclusive relationships.
COMPENSATION
Employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately between $112,320.00- $168,480.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant).
