Responsibilities
- Works as a member of an enterprise IT software development support team to support project management and implementation of software and automation of business processes for SITEC customers.
- Gathers and documents business requirements, and project plans.
- Coordinates and facilitates project meetings, product demonstrations and ensures project artifacts are updated regularly.
- Maintains record of changes in instructions and ensures all team members are informed of changes.
- Maintains an effective and collaborative relationship with SITEC customers, end users and other SITEC Contractor teams.
- Assists with quality control, software testing, end user training and data validation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science Required
- 5+ years of related experience
- At least 5 years of experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (Agile or Scrum Methodologies)
- At least 3-5 years of experience with technical writing or documenting functional or non-functional system requirements
- Strong understanding of Business Process Documentation and Business Process Streamlining and Automation
- Extensive experience utilizing Microsoft Office, Visio or other similar tools
- Clear understanding of Microsoft SharePoint or other collaboration and document management tools
- Clear understanding of Azure Dev Ops (ADO) or similar application (Jira, etc.) for project and requirements management
- Excellent technical writing skills a must
- Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills

Pay
The likely salary range for this position is $106,250 - $143,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
