About the role
The Business Process Analyst (BPA) is a pivotal member of the Operations and Aftermarket support team. This role partners closely with Operations, Aftermarket, Engineering, Supply Chain, and IT to ensure our business systems effectively support project execution, service, parts, and post-installation support.
Responsibilities
- Work with Operations, Aftermarket, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and IT teams to analyze workflows, document requirements, and optimize the systems that support our business.
- Translate business needs into scalable, practical solutions that enable efficiency and visibility in a highly custom automation environment.
- Support day-to-day system functionality while driving continuous improvement initiatives that help PAR Systems deliver exceptional products and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience supporting business systems in an operations, manufacturing, or industrial environment
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset
- Experience working with ERP (Jobscope), CRM (Salesforce), service management, or related enterprise systems
- Experience working with data reporting and analytics systems (Incorta)
- Proficiency with office computer software (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
- Experience working in a custom, engineer-to-order, or project-based manufacturing environment preferred
- Experience integrating AI driven processes and solutions into business process

Our starting rate of pay for this salaried position is targeted at $90,000-110,000 annually.
