About the role
We are looking for an experienced Business Process Analyst (BPA) to support strategic initiatives focused on business process analysis, process improvement, performance management, stakeholder coordination, and organizational transformation.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze current-state business processes and SOPs
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
- Conduct gap analysis and root cause analysis
- Develop actionable recommendations and optimization strategies
- Support planning, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of strategic initiatives
- Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, action items, and deliverables
- Identify blockers, risks, and issues and support resolution
- Conduct feasibility and risk analysis for proposed process changes
- Develop KPIs, performance dashboards, and executive reports
- Support change management, stakeholder engagement, readiness, and adoption
- Develop and maintain process maps, SOPs, reports, and implementation documentation
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and cross-functional workgroups
- Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
