Business Performance Analyst
What You'll Do
Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts and Content Specialists producing business-focused AI training content.
Allocate tasks, manage workflows, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery across projects.
Conduct quality assurance reviews and continuously refine team processes for greater efficiency.
Provide constructive performance feedback, coaching, and professional development support.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, delivering clear and regular updates.
Guide the creation of case studies, business scenarios, and structured analytical content spanning finance, policy, e-commerce, and more.
Who You Are
Experienced people manager with a proven track record of leading analytical or content-focused teams.
Sharp analytical thinker with excellent research and problem-solving skills.
Able to deliver clear, constructive feedback and detailed annotations that raise team output quality.
Creative and lateral thinker who can approach complex business problems from multiple angles.
Excellent communicator — written and verbal — comfortable working cross-functionally and asynchronously.
No prior AI or machine learning experience required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field — candidates without a degree but with equivalent experience are welcome to apply.
- 2+ years of team management experience.
- 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, content production, or domain-focused projects.
Nice to Have
- Master's degree or postgraduate qualification in a business or quantitative field.
- Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation systems.
- Background in case study writing, academic content, or research-focused roles.
- Familiarity with AI tools or large language model workflows as an end user.
