About the Role

We're looking for experienced Business Analysts to lead and mentor a team of content specialists creating high-quality, business-focused material that trains the next generation of AI models.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No prior AI experience needed — just deep expertise in business analysis or consulting, a track record of leading teams, and a commitment to analytical excellence.
What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and collaborate with a team of Business Analysts and Content Specialists producing AI training content
- Allocate tasks, manage workflows, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and continuously refine processes to improve team efficiency
- Provide constructive performance feedback, coaching, and professional development support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, delivering regular updates and insights
- Guide the creation of case studies, business scenarios, and structured analytical content spanning finance, policy, e-commerce, and more
Who You Are
- Experienced people manager with a proven ability to lead teams toward quality outcomes
- Strong analytical thinker with deep knowledge of business analysis, consulting, or domain-specific research
- Clear and confident communicator — written and verbal — with strong stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented and systematic, with a natural instinct for spotting gaps in logic or quality
- Creative problem-solver who can think laterally and bring structure to complex challenges
- No prior AI experience required — your business expertise is what matters
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of team management or leadership experience
- 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, content development, or domain-focused project work
- Strong research and analytical capabilities
- Able to provide structured feedback, detailed annotations, and actionable guidance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
- Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
- Experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or content assessment workflows
- Background in case study writing, academic research, or structured business content creation
- Familiarity with AI tools or large language model (LLM) evaluation as an end user
