What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts and Content Specialists creating structured, business-focused AI training content
  • Allocate tasks, manage workflows, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery across projects
  • Conduct thorough QA reviews of team outputs, refining processes and lifting overall quality standards
  • Provide clear, actionable performance feedback, coaching, and professional development support
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, delivering regular progress updates
  • Guide the creation of case studies, business scenarios, and domain-focused content spanning finance, policy, e-commerce, strategy, and more
  • Identify gaps in content quality and implement systematic improvements across the team

Who You Are

  • Experienced team leader with a proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop analytical talent
  • Strong business analyst or consultant background — you understand how to break down complex problems and communicate insights clearly
  • Naturally detail-oriented with a sharp eye for logical consistency, accuracy, and analytical rigour
  • Skilled at giving structured, constructive feedback that genuinely improves work quality
  • Creative thinker who can approach business scenarios from multiple angles
  • Excellent communicator — comfortable collaborating across teams and reporting to stakeholders
  • Self-directed and reliable when working autonomously in a remote environment
  • No prior AI or tech experience required
