No prior AI experience required — your business knowledge is what matters most.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts and Content Specialists producing AI training content
  • Allocate tasks, manage workflows, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews and continuously refine team processes for greater efficiency
  • Provide constructive performance feedback, training, and professional development support
  • Serve as the primary stakeholder contact, communicating regular project updates and progress
  • Guide the creation of case studies, business scenarios, and structured analytical content across domains including finance, policy, e-commerce, and operations

Who You Are

  • Experienced team leader with a track record of managing and developing analysts or specialists
  • Strong background in business analysis, consulting, or a related discipline
  • Analytically sharp — you can evaluate whether business reasoning is sound, accurate, and well-structured
  • Clear and confident communicator who can give detailed, actionable feedback
  • Naturally organized, process-driven, and committed to quality at every stage
  • No prior AI or tech experience required — your domain expertise is your superpower

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience
  • 2+ years of team management or leadership experience
  • 3–6 years in business analysis, management consulting, content strategy, or domain-focused project work
  • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex business content
  • Excellent written communication and collaboration skills
  • Able to provide structured, constructive feedback and detailed annotations

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree or MBA in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
  • Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation systems
  • Background in case study writing, academic research, or business content production
  • Familiarity with AI tools or content evaluation workflows as an end user
