Pay
Starting at $61,000 – $81,000 annually.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for full-cycle recruitment for defined job groups
- Manage recruitment outreach (e.g. scholarship programs, career fairs, internships)
- Manage new employee onboarding and orientation
- Maintain Human Resources records, ensuring documents are current, accurate, confidential, and in compliance with company policies and government regulations
- Partner with managers on coaching employees regarding performance
- Assist with employee relations’ issues and counseling
- Assist with developing, implementing, and facilitating training
- Track HR metrics
- Partner with managers to develop and maintain accurate job descriptions for all positions
- Assist with employee separations
- Provide general administrative support such as preparing correspondence, forms, and reports; processing incoming mail; screening and routing phone calls
- Monitor the Human Resources inbox and respond to and/or distribute messages, as appropriate
- Respond to requests for information
- Review and audit payroll data for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and ensure compliance with payroll policies and regulatory requirements before processing payroll
- Help shape the corporate culture through HR function
- Serve as initial point-of-contact and resource for employees on HR policies, programs, and processes
- Support compliance with federal, state, and local regulations concerning employment
- Identify, research, and present best practices within HR function, to continually enhance HR credibility and performance
- Lead or support HR projects as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and three to five years’ human resources experience, including at least two years of recruitment and payroll experience
- 1-2 years’ experience working on Employee Relations
- Strong understanding of State and Federal requirements and regulations
- Proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; experience with UKG preferred
- Experience working with a multi-state employer
- HR certification preferred
- Contextual knowledge of the real estate industry a plus

Occasional travel may be required for certain employees depending on location. This position is in a standard office environment with desktop business equipment and frequent telephone calls. Noise level is moderate. Frequent interruptions are common, while under deadlines and time constraints.
