People Operations Business Partner
Job Summary
Aduro Advisors is seeking an experienced People Operations Business Partner to join our People Operations team. This person will align business objectives with people initiatives, serving as a trusted advisor, coach, and change agent to senior leadership.
About the role
This role serves as a strategic advisor, coach, and change agent to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights and expertise on people-related matters to inform and support a tightly aligned business and talent strategy. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience as a People Business Partner, managing performance situations and coaching new people leaders.
Responsibilities
- Form strong relationships with leaders of assigned business units and their teams
- Use data to identify needs, develop solutions and programs, and evaluate success
- Coach leaders through employee relations and performance issues
- Aid leaders in improving work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention
- Provide guidance and input on workforce planning and succession planning
- Execute on company-wide People Programs within your assigned groups
- In collaboration with your People Ops team members, improve People processes and systems
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a People Business Partner
- Substantial time spent managing performance situations and coaching new people leaders
- Discretion and sound judgment in handling sensitive and confidential situations
- Ability to deliver full-cycle projects and results in a timely manner
- Resourcefulness and ability to seek internal and external resources and support when problem-solving
- Strong emotional intelligence with fine-tuned instincts and problem-solving skills
- A service mindset and enjoyment of interacting with employees and leaders
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in People Operations roles
- Experience with performance management and coaching
- Understanding of workforce planning and succession planning
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay
The salary range for the People Operations Business Partner position is $93,280-$116,600. Salary is determined based on current market data and candidate experience level.
Schedule
We are prioritizing hiring someone who is able to come into the Denver office about once per month, but we are open to fully remote candidates.
