Business Operations Supervisor – Pacific Northwest
About the role
Carrier Commercial Service has an opening for a Business Operations Supervisor. This position oversees and ensures accountability of a team of specialists who support sales and operations for a broad geography. The role is also responsible for managing facility operations and financial tasks and ensuring consistent processes and execution of standard work. This is a Hybrid role, 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
Job Responsibilities
- Understand and meet the key performance indicators measures set by the organization
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of specialists and coordinators to ensure consistent execution, strong accountability, and a high-quality customer and operational support experience
- Establish clear expectations, priorities, and performance standards for the support team, reinforcing ownership of daily responsibilities, standard work, and business outcomes
- Serve as the primary escalation point for team members, removing barriers, resolving issues, and ensuring alignment to Carrier processes and business expectations
- Hold the support team accountable for key performance indicators, operational cadence, daily management board metrics, and continuous improvement opportunities
- Drive team continuity, cross-training, and redundancy across specialized functions to support business needs, coverage, and long-term team effectiveness
- Partner cross-functionally with finance, sales, service, project, and operations leaders to ensure alignment, solve problems, and deliver consistent support outcomes
- Support team development through coaching, feedback, training, and regular engagement to strengthen capability, accountability, and readiness for future business needs
- Manage and execute operational tasks using Salesforce to monitor workflow, track activity, support data accuracy, and drive timely follow-up across sales and operations processes
- Leading weekly finance reviews with finance managers, preparing the files, updating and action updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or High School diploma/GED with 7+ years Operations work experience
- 5+ years of experience in a field service business

Pay and Benefits
The annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. Other Compensation: This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
