Business Operations Specialist
Position Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic business partner to program leadership within Business Operations, providing insight, guidance, and recommendations to support program objectives and decision-making.
Lead cross-functional coordination of business operations activities to ensure alignment across priorities, plans, commitments, and execution on the 737 Program.
Analyze business performance, trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.
Support development, integration, and execution of program strategies, operating plans, and key business rhythms.
Drive accountability across stakeholders by tracking actions, resolving issues, and escalating risks or decisions as needed.
Partner with functional and program teams to improve business processes, efficiency, and operational effectiveness.
Prepare and deliver executive-level communication, reporting, and presentations to support leadership awareness and decision-making.
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities that enhance business operations, enable program success, and support long-term strategic goals.
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience performing in a support organization such as, but not limited to, Business Operations, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Change Management, Strategy, Project Management, or Supply Chain role
- 10+ years of experience in preparing and presenting executive level briefings
- 10+ years of experience collecting, interpreting data, and leading high-level projects for Executives or Senior leadership
- 10+ years of experience with organizational skills, prioritization, facilitation, and coordination of multiple projects
- 10+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working as a strategic partner to complex manufacturing leadership teams
- Experience leading across organizations and cross-functional groups to ensure project coordination, implementation, and completion
- Experience with Boeing's Program Management Best Practices or equivalent program/project management processes
- Prior or current experience in Business Operations and/or Project Management Organizations
Position Location
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Renton, Washington.
