Business Operations Manager: U.S. Cold Spray Solutions Business Unit

About the role

Triton Systems, Inc. is seeking a Business Operations Manager to lead operations for its US Cold Spray Solutions business unit. The US Cold Spray Solutions team is rapidly expanding its capabilities in repairing and manufacturing critical parts for the U.S. military, integrating metallic cold spray repair, coatings, restoration, and additive manufacturing to deliver cutting-edge solutions to defense customers.

Responsibilities

• Supports program execution end-to-end: staffing, material procurement, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors
• Serves as primary point of administrative contact with government and commercial customers, communicating capabilities, status, and programmatic progress
• Ensures programs run on budget and schedule; proactively identify and mitigate risk
• Supports the development of forecasts and plans for labor, capital, and other resource requirements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DoD program management
• Experience managing medium-sized ($10-50M) government contracts, particularly with the Department of Defense
• Demonstrated experience with Earned Value Management (EVM), integrated master schedules (IMS), and formal risk management frameworks
• Proven track record supporting the buildout and management of project teams in a technical field
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance
• U.S. Persons (required due to ITAR/export control regulations)

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with MIL-STD (Military Standard) requirements
• Background in manufacturing and engineering operations
• PMP certification
• Completion of DAU (Defense Acquisition University) program management coursework/certification
