An elite Financial Advisor affiliated with Foster Klima is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the operational tasks for their personal practice, specializing in investment operations.

This role offers the opportunity to work with the advisor in delivering exceptional client experiences and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage client data and records
• Oversee investment operations
• Support client communication and satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with the advisor to enhance client experience

Requirements

• Industry experience, above and beyond client service
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Securities Licensing (Series 7, 63/66) obtained

Benefits

The role offers a competitive compensation package including a salary range of $90,000 - $95,000 with a bonus.
