Business Operations Manager TV & Radio

Responsibilities
- Manage the business operations: accounting functions (full cycle AR: sales order approval, credit and collections, customer payments; AP invoices, etc.), payroll and HR functions (HR representative, payroll, sales commissions, timesheets, job postings, employee onboarding, etc.), FCC compliance, financial and business operations, budgeting, forecasting and audit.
- Show technical capability to learn multiple software systems.
- Show communication proficiency, professionalism, discretion, independent judgement, and leadership.
- Show teamwork.
Requirements
- 5+ years of accounting or comparable experience.
- Experience in the broadcast industry strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred.
- Preferred: Spanish language skills.

Pay
COMPENSATION: 70,000.00 - 90,000.00
