Business Operations Manager (NYC)

About the role

We're looking for a Swiss army knife operator who can jump in and help us reach our next phase of growth. You will support the team with daily responsibilities and various ad hoc projects, enabling them to concentrate on strategic, high-impact efforts.

Responsibilities

• Create clear, actionable project plans and memos
• Analyze data sets
• Tackle various ad hoc projects

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in consulting, banking, or startup business operations
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Experience taking projects from 0-1 with little oversight and ability to articulate the why's and how's
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to synthesize complex information and data to inform decision-making
• Data mindset
• Hard-working and high-intensity
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
