Job Description
Lead day-to-day business operations by driving operational efficiency, analyzing performance data, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and serving as the bridge between operations, technical teams, and customers to ensure successful service delivery.
- Oversee daily fulfillment and operational activities across multiple locations
- Analyze operational data, build reports, and identify process improvements
- Cook with customer support, field services, IT, and development teams
- Maintain service performance, system uptime, and SLA compliance
- Manage operational workflows, escalations, and issue resolution
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal technical teams
- Present operational findings and recommendations to leadership
Requirements
- Minimum Requirements: 4-5 years of business or operations management experience
- Strong experience analyzing data and building operational reports
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/ticketing platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams
- Experience improving operational processes and workflows
