About the role

The Opportunity We are looking for a Business Operations Lead to partner with leaders across the Managed Growth business and the broader Go-to-Market (GTM) organization to drive strategic clarity, operational alignment, and execution across our most important enterprise growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with GTM and Managed Growth leadership to define the Route-to-Market strategy and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Lead and operationalize cross-functional priorities across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Data, driving clarity, alignment, and accountability.
  • Build and manage the operating cadence for the Managed business, including strategic planning cycles and cross-functional leadership forums.
  • Serve as the bridge across Managed, Self-Serve, and Core Marketing teams through the Strategy and Operations function, ensuring priorities, insights, and updates are shared effectively to make the compound startup model work across our diverse products and GTM motions.
  • Facilitate strong information flow up, across, and down the organization to support alignment in a matrixed, multi-product environment, enabling fast, informed decision-making that drives business outcomes.
  • Drive operational readiness for new products, integrations, and cross-functional launches by coordinating planning and enablement across GTM teams.
  • Owning the Managed Voice of Customer feedback loop to inform product strategy, GTM prioritization, and customer experience improvements.

  • Experience in a similar role within a fast-growing technology company.
  • Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with managing complex projects and initiatives.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with data-driven decision-making and process improvement.

Skills

  • Strategic thinking and ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with GTM and Managed Growth strategies.

Pay

Compensation Range: $190K - $291K
