About the Company

Founded in 2015, ReUp Education is the only organization that focuses exclusively on helping colleges and universities engage and re-enroll the more than 40 million US residents who have "stopped out" and support them until graduation, through our patented technology-enabled service. To date, we have re-enrolled over 57,000 students for our university partners. As of July 2025, ReUp Education partners with 140 active schools and a total of 1.78 million learners. To date, ReUp Education has helped 7,960 learners graduate. Today we build regional marketplaces to connect the supply of educational opportunities with the demand for skilled and credentialed workforce professionals.

About the Role

ReUp is looking for an Implementation Team Lead who is committed to helping lead the implementation and onboarding function of our portfolio of college and university partnerships. In this role, you will coordinate with internal teams—including partner success, learner services, marketing, product, and data. You will help develop an overall project plan for implementations that is repeatable and refineable as the organization grows. As our portfolio grows, we will need to develop risk management plans and tools to ensure our team can successfully onboard partners on time with an optimal experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end portfolio management for new partner implementations—including cross-functional reporting, team meetings, and coordination with key partner contacts—managing up to 10 concurrent implementations during peak periods, each hitting a 5-week onboarding timeframe and key milestones across complex university systems and statewide partnerships
  • Directly supervise two partner operations managers who are onboarding new partners on best practices in working with institutions for timely and successful delivery of services
  • Help develop a repeatable project plan with detailed project dependencies, accurate timelines, and key stakeholders and deliverables that can be customized to a variety of projects and partner types
  • Own the team's risk management framework—anticipating stakeholder needs and challenges throughout implementation, and building mitigation plans to keep at-risk or delayed projects on schedule and within scope
  • Provide subject matter expertise for partners on data engagements to ensure data standards and data quality measures are met throughout the partnership—including the initial and ongoing data files
  • Incorporate process improvements that allow for efficiencies in implementations, as well as product & service enhancements, while maintaining a successful customer experience
  • Ensure complete and accurate documentation is gathered during implementation, covering partner and program details (e.g., student attributes, academic programs, enrollment and other key dates, reporting elements, data capability, etc.), a usable initial stopout list of eligible learners, and a dynamic operational file process partners can sustain going forward
  • Transition implemented workstreams to internal teams, including Partner Success account managers, data, partner operations managers, marketing managers, and product

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years successful experience in a client-facing or account support role, including leading robust projects from start to finish
  • Experience leading project managers, implementation teams, or similar
  • Experience in project management or coordination; Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM) certification or similar a plus
  • Experience in gathering requirements from various business units
  • Experience with student and higher ed data
  • Experience in Salesforce or another CRM
  • Strong skills in Google Workspace and Excel
  • Strong customer focus is a must, serving as a first face of ReUp during implementation
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels of management

Research shows that women and people from underrepresented groups often only apply to jobs if they meet all of the qualifications. However, no one ever meets 100% of the qualifications. ReUp encourages you to break that statistic and to apply. We look forward to your application.
