About the Role

As a Business Operations and Analytics team member at Field Fresh Foods, you will help turn operational and business data into meaningful insights that support better decision-making across the organization. This role works cross-functionally to analyze performance, identify trends, improve processes, develop reporting tools, and support strategic business initiatives. The ideal candidate combines a strong analytical mindset with practical business acumen. You should be comfortable working with large amounts of data, identifying opportunities for improvement, developing dashboards and reports, and communicating findings to both operational teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) that provide visibility into business performance.
• Use Excel and other analytical tools to organize, analyze, and interpret complex datasets.
• Partner with departments such as Operations, Sales, Procurement, Finance, Production, and Supply Chain to understand business needs and provide analytical support.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance, costs, productivity, service levels, and other key business metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, profitability, and overall business performance.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for management and operational teams.
• Assist in developing and standardizing reports, metrics, dashboards, and performance tracking tools across the organization.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, planning, and business performance reviews by providing accurate and timely data.
• Conduct root-cause analysis to better understand performance gaps and operational challenges.
• Evaluate existing business processes and recommend process improvements and data-driven solutions.
• Track the results of operational initiatives and measure their impact against established goals and KPIs.
• Assist with special projects, strategic initiatives, and ad hoc analysis for leadership.
• Help improve data accuracy, reporting consistency, and overall data integrity across business systems.
• Present analytical findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel, including the ability to analyze data, develop reports, and create meaningful business insights.
• Strong ability to interpret complex information, identify trends, investigate performance issues, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Ability to understand how operations, costs, customer service, sales, procurement, and financial performance work together to impact overall business results.
• Ability to approach operational challenges systematically, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend practical solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate data and complex findings into clear business recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, and requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build effective working relationships and partner with multiple departments and levels of management.
• Strong commitment to data accuracy, consistency, and quality when preparing reports and analyses.
