About the role

The Marketing and Media organization is growing and seeks a Business Operations Analyst to support core planning and budgeting processes, perform applied analyses, and ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

  • Own, maintain, and help evolve core operational and analytical tools.
  • Perform hands-on analysis using Excel-based models.
  • Develop and maintain structured models and trackers.
  • Analyze data to support planning cycles, QBRs, goal-setting, and performance discussions.
  • Create and maintain leadership-ready summaries and materials.
  • Support presentation development and leadership meetings.
  • Provide operational support and handle confidential matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of work experience, including analytical, operational, or planning-related roles.
  • Japanese language proficiency, including navigating cultural context with Japanese external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with comfort in Excel-based models and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience with applied analysis and presenting business or operational insights.

Pay

Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between $85,000 - $95,194 per year. The full range is $85,000 - $150,207 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
