Responsibilities
- Gather requirements from Business and Operations for the project
- Create Business Requirements Document (BRD) for the change required
- Map out key stakeholders in Business Operations and Technology
- Initiate project kick-off meetings with key stakeholders and agree on target dates
- Provide regular updates to business stakeholders on progress, highlighting any issues and concerns that require decisions from them
- Perform business analysis and draw process flows
- Produce required project documentation, including functional and non-functional requirements and process models
- Define measurable success factors and maintain a RAID log
