Business Operations Analyst

About the role

The Business Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting Motorola Solutions' growing video business. This position involves liaising between various departments to ensure timely order fulfillment, analyzing order backlogs, coordinating with supply planning, attending operations meetings, leading process improvements, and driving digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between Sales, Customer Order Management, Operations, Warehouse & Logistics teams to ensure all orders are shipped according to promised dates.
• Analyze daily order backlog and drive revenue to meet financial commitments.
• Cook up with supply planning to ensure all delivery dates are accurate and provided.
• Attend operations meetings to identify supply chain issues impacting customer orders and promptly share information with sales.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce order-to-cash cycle time.
• Drive process automation and digitization using AI and advanced technology.

Requirements

• At least an Associate's degree with at least 2 years of experience in an operations environment, or a Bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge and experience using ERP systems, such as SAP and Oracle, preferred.
• Highly motivated with a positive attitude.
• Data analysis skills.
• Proven results in operations management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized.
• Ability to multitask and work confidently under pressure.

Benefits

• Target Base Salary Range: $58,500 - $85,200
• Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, pay varies based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
