Business Operations Analyst

About the role

The Business Operations Analyst supports Value Partnerships and the Sales organization by providing data integral to the team. This role acts as a liaison between business lines to ensure operational tasks are executed accurately and timely.

Responsibilities

• Support data analysis, data input, and ongoing data management to ensure accuracy and usability
• Create and perform analysis supporting the strategic goals of the team
• Collaborate cross-functionally across multiple business lines and stakeholder teams to coordinate deliverables and complete operational tasks
• Create, maintain, and analyze reports/dashboards to track performance, pipeline/booking status, and operational metrics
• Manage contract records, amendments, and related documentation to support compliance and renewals
• Promote and assist with internal and external customer support by responding to inquiries, coordinating next steps, and ensuring follow-through
• Support special projects and ad hoc assignments as needed
• Work overtime during critical timeframes as needed to meet business deadlines

Requirements

• Achieve 5–8 years of related experience
• Possess strong analytic skills and experience interpreting large data sets
• Proven experience supporting a sales team; experience working with a remote workforce is strongly preferred
• Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions to drive tasks to completion
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High learning agility with a strong willingness to learn and upskill in new tools, systems, and processes
• Self-starter with the ability to take initiative, manage multiple priorities, and work autonomously with minimal direct supervision

Pay

The Base Pay Range For This Position Is $83,640 - $115,005 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
