Responsibilities

Provides reporting on key metrics related to major programs and initiatives.

Develops, produces, and tracks key metrics through automated processes and KPI dashboards.

Maintains accuracy and completeness of documentation and records for project monitoring.

Delivers data analysis and business intelligence reports, including complex requests with high internal and external visibility.

Coordinates research efforts to gather timely information for decision making.

Contributes to process improvement and refinement efforts of department and/or Operating Unit.

Develops and maintains systems/tools to facilitate work processes, records management, and communications.

Reports on key performance indicators to measure efficiency and effectiveness of projects and programs.

Requirements

Five or more years of experience in business operations analysis.

Experience with two or more of Microsoft Power Platform (including Power Apps, Power Automate, and/or Power BI).

Experience with enterprise data analytics, geospatial intelligence, and/or decision support platforms (e.g., ArcGIS, Palantir Foundry).

Experience extracting, querying, transforming, and/or analyzing data using SQL, Python, SAS, or similar technologies.

Experience developing, enhancing, and/or supporting business applications, workflows, and system integrations.

Experience supporting engineering, grid planning, asset management, or regulatory compliance programs.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications: Five or more years of experience in business operations analysis.

Preferred qualifications: Experience with two or more of Microsoft Power Platform (including Power Apps, Power Automate, and/or Power BI); experience with enterprise data analytics, geospatial intelligence, and/or decision support platforms (e.g., ArcGIS, Palantir Foundry); experience extracting, querying, transforming, and/or analyzing data using SQL, Python, SAS, or similar technologies; experience developing, enhancing, and/or supporting business applications, workflows, and system integrations; experience supporting engineering, grid planning, asset management, or regulatory compliance programs.

Skills

The position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 annually.

Schedule

This position is a hybrid role, requiring the employee to report to an SCE facility for a set number of days per week and work remotely on the remaining days.
