Responsibilities
- Aids in the accounts receivable process at each property to ensure all accounts are in the correct collection phase, collaborating with Business Office personnel, third-party personnel, and family members.
- Provides ongoing training and updates for all Business Office personnel on their job duties and policies.
- Validates all paperwork submitted by a property to ensure accuracy of all forms and adjustments.
- Participates in administrative staff meetings and facility morning meetings.
- Offers backup support for property payroll, if needed.
- Engages in industry audits and compliance issues related to government entities, audits, reviews, and annual compliance issues.
- Serves as a resource for all third-party family member inquiries.
- Assists Business Office personnel in all financial reviews.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma is required, with an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Three years of Business Office experience are required, with experience in a Long-Term Care setting preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Ability to travel to various properties across Indiana is necessary.

- Experience with payroll processing and accounting systems.
- Knowledge of Long-Term Care regulations and compliance.
