Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth business functions.
- Manage payroll, billing, and accounts payable processes.
- Support HR tasks such as recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining personnel files.
- Cook up new hire orientations and training compliance.
- Handle rent collection, deposits, and financial reporting.
- Track occupancy and resident move-ins and move-outs.
- Supervise front desk and office staff, ensuring great customer service.
- Maintain accurate and confidential resident and associate records.
- Assist the Executive Director with administrative and financial support.
- Communicate professionally with residents, families, and team members.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- Two (2) or more years of related experience are required.
- Prior office management or human resources and/or billing experience is preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software.
- The ability to learn new software systems such as HRIS, ATS, and LMS platforms.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- A strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- A professional appearance, positive attitude, and customer-service mindset.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
- An understanding of senior living operations and sensitivity to residents' needs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 2+ years of related experience required.

Pay
$65,000 - $75,000 annually
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
