Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth business functions.
  • Manage payroll, billing, and accounts payable processes.
  • Support HR tasks such as recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining personnel files.
  • Cook up new hire orientations and training compliance.
  • Handle rent collection, deposits, and financial reporting.
  • Track occupancy and resident move-ins and move-outs.
  • Supervise front desk and office staff, ensuring great customer service.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential resident and associate records.
  • Assist the Executive Director with administrative and financial support.
  • Communicate professionally with residents, families, and team members.

Requirements

  • A High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
  • Two (2) or more years of related experience are required.
  • Prior office management or human resources and/or billing experience is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software.
  • The ability to learn new software systems such as HRIS, ATS, and LMS platforms.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • A strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • A professional appearance, positive attitude, and customer-service mindset.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
  • An understanding of senior living operations and sensitivity to residents' needs.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required.

Pay

$65,000 - $75,000 annually

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
