About the Role
Our Business Office Coordinators have opportunities for advancement by exploring new careers in positions such as Business Office Managers, Sales Managers, and Executive Directors. This role supports the community through accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and other human resources-related duties. You will track community accounting changes, prepare and record invoices, assist with new hire documentation, and organize and maintain personnel, resident, marketing, and other files as needed.

Qualifications
An Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school is preferred; or a minimum of one to two years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Temporary associates are not benefits-eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
Pay
Base pay will be determined by the applicant’s skills and experience.
