Business Office Coordinator
About the role
Acts is currently seeking a Business Office Coordinator to assist with the day-to-day operations of the business/administration office. This role will also operate as the community’s business office designee and serve as the back-up to the HR & Recruitment Coordinator.
Responsibilities
- Aid in contract signings
- Scan documents
- Verify census for all levels of care, including outpatient therapy
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years' business office related experience showing progressively increasing responsibility
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with data entry and record-keeping
