Responsibilities

• Oversee all Front of the House Operational systems like POS and credit card processing.
• Purchase, receive, prepare all FOH recipes and procedures.
• Increase Sales and maintain budgeted labor costs and proper inventories.
• Formulate instructions to all Front of House staff.
