Duties

Manages a large business activity.
Formulates instructions and directives necessary to operate a fluid, profit generating business activity with a fluctuating customer base.
Collaborates with community and military representatives.
Reviews the actions of subordinate supervisors.
Conducts management reviews of patron programs to identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective measures.
Evaluates the success of programs in terms of profitability, customer satisfaction, and mission accomplishment.
Reviews financial reports, estimates projected costs, and develops activity financial plans.
Monitors the procurement of all supplies and equipment for the activity.

Requirements

  • Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
  • A one-year probationary period may be required.
  • Satisfactory completion of an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
  • Satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para. 2, including a Tier 1 background investigation.

Qualifications

  • A Qualified Candidate Must Possess The Following Work Experience: Managing or directing the activities of the type of business (i.e., restaurant, bowling center, golf course) to be managed.

Pay, Schedule, and Benefits

  • This job is part of a pay-banded system.
  • Sunday premium pay for regularly scheduled employees and night differential pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander.
