About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Raytheon Global Patriot Finance team supporting the Kuwait and Bahrain Patriot programs within the Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) Mission Area as an M4. The successful candidate will lead the management of cost control, EVMS compliance, financial forecasting, and overall financial execution of Upgrade, Spares, and In-Country Technical Assistance (TA) Programs. This position works closely with the Program Manager and in-country leads to support the TA and PMO staff operating in Bahrain and Kuwait through the RAYSEAS subsidiary. The candidate will lead and manage a finance team of 1-2 finance professionals.

As the Business Manager, you will be a key member of the Program Leadership Team, responsible for leadership and influence across various Raytheon Execution Teams, while forming partnerships with external customers. The role requires proactive leadership and significant collaboration with Program Directors, Program Managers, and Technical teams to ensure alignment on strategy, operating, and financial objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Multi-task and work on several different program issues concurrently
  • Provide thorough cost and schedule analysis
  • Coordinate the development of Quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC)
  • Provide financial guidance and solutions to Program Team and Leads
  • Prepare finance charts for Program Management Reviews, monthly operating reviews, financial overviews, and other reporting activities as required
  • Provide cost, schedule, financial analysis/reporting, funding planning, and maintenance utilizing standard company tools and processes
  • Implement and maintain Earned Value Management (EVM)
  • Support proposal development and program start-up activities

Requirements

  • Typically requires a BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field & a minimum of 8 years of finance work experience; OR an Advanced degree and a minimum of 5 years of finance work experience
  • Experience with Estimates at Completion (EAC's) or similar systems
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
  • Experience with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
  • Experience with Raytheon business systems, including SAP, BW, RPlan, PMX, EDIT+, or similar systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management both verbally and in written form
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with proposals
  • Ability to meet critical deadlines and work in a team environment to provide solutions and continuous process improvement

Pay

The salary range for this role is $107,500 - $204,500 USD.
