Responsibilities
- Prepare all PAR for BMR Graduate student stipends
- Prepare all tuition waivers for BMR program
- Pay all invoices for Clinical and Translational Sciences
- Order lab supplies
- Maintain and Reconcile MURC PCard
- Maintain and Reconcile State PCard
- Work with the Vice Dean and Finance Director to maintain budgetary items for the BMR Program
- Answer budgetary questions and concerns with the Vice Dean and Finance Director daily
- Attend meetings with the Vice Dean and Finance Director regarding budget, accounting procedures, etc as needed
