Business Manager

Role Overview We are seeking a proactive Business Manager to support licensing, financial, and contractual operations within a leading geospatial technology organization. Key Responsibilities Execute and review licensing agreements, track obligations, and escalate risks following established guidelinesManage contract lifecycle activities, including documentation, renewals, and closeout processesAssist with third-party financial functions such as invoicing, purchase requisitions, and spend trackingGather inputs for compliance and licensing reviews to support product intakeMaintain accurate records across enterprise systems to ensure data reliabilityCoordinate inputs for release documentation and operational workflowsIdentify small process improvements to enhance efficiency without altering core workflows Qualifications & Skills At least 2 years of experience in operational support, licensing, or contract managementDetail-oriented with strong stakeholder communication skillsBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experienceExperience with enterprise systems like SAP or Salesforce is preferred
