About the role

We are seeking Business Managers to join our Nucar Norwood, MA sales teams. The ideal candidate will offer vehicle financing, service contracts, and aftermarket products, explaining these services thoroughly. Success in this role requires collaboration among team members, much like the components of a vehicle working together.

Responsibilities

• Offer vehicle financing, service contracts, and aftermarket products
• Explain these products and services thoroughly
• Maintain profitability while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction
• Understand federal and state guidelines governing the finance operation
• Work effectively with customers, employees, and lending institutions

Requirements

• Two years of automotive sales experience or one year in a dealership management position
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred

Pay

$150,000.00 per year
