Business Manager

Responsibilities

• Rhythm of Business - Lead, coordinate, and continuously improve the team RoB to drive efficiency, accountability, and operational clarity across leadership meetings, org communications, business reviews, finance reviews, people/org health rhythms, AMAs, town halls, customer/industry engagements, and other key forums.
• Capture decisions and outcomes, ensure follow-up, provide timely visibility, and improve processes and tools that support organizational efficiency.
• Content Management - Ensure team SharePoint sites, Teams channels, and team hubs are maintained with key materials, including CVP announcements, org priorities, meeting notes, meeting agendas, action items, AMA/town hall materials, templates, and business operations resources.
• Design and execute high-quality leadership forums and team engagements including AMAs, Townhalls, in partnership with the admin team, ensuring clear outcomes, strong attendee experience, and follow-through.
• Career Development - Support organization culture and people rhythms, including listening sessions, Signals follow-up, Connect cycles, onboarding moments, recognition, service awards, and org health activities.
• Additional projects as Agentic Security business needs evolve.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 4+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related rolesOR equivalent experience.
• Excellent skills in all aspects of planning, cross-group collaboration, communications, analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated skill of shifting approach in response to the demands of a changing situation.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and problem-solving skills and following through on issues in a timely manner.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity, navigate uncertain situations, and drive for clarity.
• Demonstrated strong capability in verbal and written communications skills across a geographically dispersed audience.
• Practical fluency with AI tools to improve communications, content management, operational workflows, data synthesis, and decision support.
• Proactive collaborator; drive and initiative with a positive and professional approach.
