Business Manager

About the role

Campers Inn RV is seeking a Business Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to sell new and used Recreational Vehicle financing and insurance programs. Additionally, F&I Managers collaborate with financial lenders to provide fair interest rates to buyers and manage various programs.

Responsibilities

• Offering vehicle financing and insurance to customers and providing detailed explanations of aftermarket products and extended warranties.
• Explaining manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies to customers.
• Seeking new lending institutions and maintaining strong relationships to secure competitive interest rates and financing options.
• Processing financing deals accurately and obtaining approvals through financial sources, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and corporate guidelines.
• Understanding and adhering to relevant federal, state, and local regulations affecting the RV and finance departments.
• Coordinating with the sales department to ensure all new sales are referred to the F&I department.
• Training and educating the sales team about finance and lease programs, as well as the benefits of the dealership's financing and extended service offerings.

Qualifications

• Education: A college degree or equivalent experience in finance is preferred.
• Licenses & Certifications: No specific licenses or certifications required.
• Experience: One year of experience in F&I is required.
• Abilities: Ability to read and comprehend instructions, excellent communication skills, and strong customer service abilities.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures, as well as compliance practices.
• Skills: Proficiency in learning and using company systems such as Systems2K, Microsoft Office, and other applicable software.
• Physical Abilities: Ability to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
• Other: Continuous engagement in visual activities, such as using a computer, files, and reports.
