Responsibilities
- Active presence on the showroom floor to engage with customers and manage opportunities effectively.
- Maximize every sales and service opportunity available.
- Provide an exceptional guest experience, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to support each member in achieving their full potential.
- Maintain a clean and efficient Customer Information Tracking (CIT) schedule.
Requirements
- Able to work on the showroom floor and be actively involved in sales and service activities.
- Willingness to handle up to 90-100 deals per month to achieve desired income levels.
- Strong team player, willing to contribute to the success of the entire team.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in automotive sales and service management, with a focus on customer satisfaction and team collaboration.
