Business Manager

Job Description

Arvato is seeking a results-driven Business Manager to support strategic initiatives and operational projects within a global environment. This role involves analyzing financials, market trends, and business processes while delivering insights and presentations that guide senior leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Analytics, Data Science, or a similar field is required.
• At least 1 year of working experience in a Business Analyst, Consultant, Business Development, or Project Development type role.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and provide alternative solutions to complex problems and operate effectively in a complex organization through influence and collaboration.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Strong relationship management skills and demonstrated ability to communicate and influence at a senior level.
• Is logical, analytical, organized, structured, number-driven, and can meet deadlines.
• Demonstrates the ability to be forward-thinking, taking the broad view, and contributes to defining and implementing business strategy.
• Able and willing to travel up to 50% of the time, including potential for international travel.
• Creative approach and visual thinking abilities.
• MBA is preferred.
• Experience in Supply Chain Solutions environment is strongly preferred.
• Exposure to working for a global organization.
