Business Manager

About the role

Campers Inn RV is seeking a Business Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to sell new and used Recreational Vehicle (RV) financing and insurance programs. Additionally, F&I Managers collaborate with financial lenders to provide fair interest rates to buyers and manage various programs.

Responsibilities

• Selling new and used RV financing and insurance programs
• Working with financial lenders to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs
• Processing financing deals accurately and obtaining approvals through financial sources
• Understanding and complying with federal, state, and local regulations affecting the RV and finance departments
• Maintaining a referral program between the sales department and the F&I department
• Training and educating the sales team on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealership's financing and extended service programs

Qualifications

• Education: A college degree or equivalent experience in finance is preferred
• Experience: One year experience in F&I
• Skills: Ability to read and comprehend instructions, excellent communication skills, and customer service abilities
• Knowledge: Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures as well as compliance practices
• Other: Ability to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 20 pounds, ability to engage in visual activities, knowledge or ability to learn company system applications, such as Systems2K, Microsoft Office, and other applicable software
