Business Manager Aladdin Platform Engineering COO Team, Associate II

About the role

Manages day-to-day business operations for non-investment functions including budget management, resource allocation, strategic planning support, and cross-functional coordination. Ensures effective business operations, process efficiency, and alignment with corporate objectives. Partners with Finance, HR, and other corporate functions on budgets, headcount, and strategic initiatives. Responds to corporate requests, tracks business metrics, and implements process innovations. Supports business unit leadership with operational execution and business planning.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day business operations for non-investment functions including budget management, resource allocation, strategic planning support, and cross-functional coordination.
• Ensures effective business operations, process efficiency, and alignment with corporate objectives.
• PARTNERS WITH FINANCE, HR, AND OTHER CORPORATE FUNCTIONS ON BUDGETS, HEADCOUNT, AND STRATEGIC INITIATIVES.
• RESPONDS TO CORPORATE REQUESTS, TRACKS BUSINESS METRICS, AND IMPLEMENTS PROCESS INNOVATIONS.
• SUPPORTS BUSINESS UNIT LEADERSHIP WITH OPERATIONAL EXECUTION AND BUSINESS PLANNING.

• RELEVANT KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Business operations and budget management expertise, strategic planning and analytical capabilities, cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management, process optimization and project coordination, financial analysis and reporting skills, proficiency with business management tools and systems.

Qualifications

• For New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$105,000.00 - USD$137,500.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits.

Pay

For New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$105,000.00 - USD$137,500.00 .

Schedule

Employees are currently required to work at least 4 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week. Some business groups may require more time in the office due to their roles and responsibilities.
