AI Product Manager, Associate - Aladdin AI

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the AI Product Lead to define and execute the product vision and roadmap for AI client experiences within Aladdin.
- Identify high-impact opportunities to embed AI across client workflows.
- Translate strategic priorities into clear product requirements, user stories, and delivery plans.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for key AI features, from ideation through delivery and iteration.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate closely with AI engineering, platform teams, and design to deliver scalable, production-grade AI solutions.
- Support release management, including testing, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Work across product, engineering, and business teams to align on priorities and drive execution.
- Contribute to quarterly planning cycles, ensuring AI initiatives are well-scoped and resourced.
- Engage with internal users to gather feedback and refine product direction.
- Apply knowledge of emerging AI capabilities (e.g., LLMs, agentic workflows) to inform product design.
- Help identify and scale common AI services and reusable components across Aladdin.
- Stay current on industry trends and competitive AI offerings to continuously evolve product strategy.
- Drive adoption of AI capabilities by ensuring products are intuitive, valuable, and well-integrated into workflows.
- Monitor product performance and contribute to defining and tracking KPIs and success metrics.
- Support internal education and evangelization of AI product capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product management, engineering, data science, or AI/ML-related roles.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including modern frameworks (e.g., LLMs, agent-based systems, model training/fine-tuning).
- Experience working in agile development environments with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-facing product features.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML tooling.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building or supporting AI/ML products at scale.
- Background in financial services, investment workflows, or enterprise platforms.
- Exposure to product roadmap development and lifecycle management.
- Quantitative or technical degree (e.g., computer science, engineering, statistics, mathematics).
