Associate Product Manager - AI Builder

What You'll Do

  • Own product features: Own and manage specific AI product features and sub-initiatives across multiple projects, building cross-product knowledge.
  • Define requirements & vision: Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, and partner with stakeholders to define the product vision and break it into execution phases - solving real business problems with AI.
  • Ship with the team: Work closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality AI-driven features.
  • Drive with data: Monitor and report on product performance (Mixpanel and other analytics tools), and use data to drive decisions and refine product strategy.
  • Understand the market: Solve complex problems with structured thinking, and surface customer pain points through research and engaging with clients, prospects, sales, and marketing.

What We're Looking For

  • AI building: Hands-on experience building and shipping AI pipelines end-to-end.
  • AI fluency: Strong working knowledge of AI concepts - LLMs, generative AI, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and vector databases.
  • Bias to build: Ability to move from idea to working prototype quickly, favoring iteration over perfection, and to spot where AI can drive efficiency and innovation.
  • Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication, with a proactive approach to working across engineering, design, and sales.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in product management, AI/tech products, or a related field.

Nice-to-have Skills

  • Automation tools: Hands-on experience with n8n, Langflow, or similar AI automation tools.
  • Automation background: Experience in automation contexts - industrial, business process, or workflow automation.
  • Engineering: Prior software development or programming experience.
  • AI curiosity: Active interest in the latest AI developments and research.
  • Domain: Prior B2B SaaS experience.
