Job Duties

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft complaints, motions, pleadings, and other litigation documents
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Appear at hearings, mediations, and court proceedings
• Manage discovery and develop litigation strategy
• Communicate directly with clients and provide legal guidance throughout the case
• Negotiate settlements and assist with dispute resolution when appropriate

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of litigation experience
• Active California Bar license in good standing
• Strong motion practice and legal writing skills
• Ability to manage cases independently while working within a team environment
• Trial experience is preferred but not required
• Experience handling business disputes such as contract matters, partnership disputes, or commercial litigation is helpful but not strictly required for strong litigators.

Job Details

Salary: $160,000 - $225,000 per year

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of litigation experience

Active California Bar license in good standing
