Job Description Lead litigation matters from inception through resolution with support from experienced attorneys and mentors.Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery.Take and defend depositions and appear in court.Represent clients in mediations and complex negotiations.Advise business clients on risk, compliance, and strategy.Draft, structure, and negotiate contracts and transactions.Support entity formation, governance, and business operations.Work directly with clients as a trusted legal advisor. Qualifications Active California Bar license.4+ years of litigation experience.Strong legal writing, analytical, and courtroom skills.Ability to manage cases independently.Business-minded and client-focused approach.Strong teamwork, accountability, and professional ambition.
