Litigation Attorney (Hybrid Schedule)

Responsibilities
- Manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and legal memoranda
- Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies
- Take and defend depositions
- Attend hearings, mediations, negotiations, and trial proceedings
- Communicate directly with clients and provide strategic legal guidance
- Collaborate with attorneys on complex litigation matters
- Manage case deadlines and maintain high-quality client service throughout the litigation process
- Maintain 1920 billable hour annual requirement
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active Georgia Bar license or ability to obtain licensure promptly
- 2-8 years of litigation experience
- Experience in civil litigation, employment law, government-related matters, land use, property disputes, or similar practice areas is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service

Pay
$100,000 - $170,000 per year

Hybrid schedule of 2 days remote (after introductory period)
