About the role

We are seeking a Business Litigation Attorney to join our Louisville, Kentucky office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, with a focus on written discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings, and substantive motions, as well as experience handling court appearances, mediations, trials, and arbitrations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of litigation experience
• Substantial experience with written discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings, and substantive motions
• Experience handling court appearances, depositions, mediations, trials, and arbitrations
• Superior academic credentials, excellent research, and writing skills
• Strong ability to work collaboratively and lead teams
• Willingness to reside and serve the Louisville, Kentucky market

Pay

The salary range for this role is $190,000 to $220,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.
