Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school, with a strong academic record (top of class standing and law review or equivalent journal experience strongly preferred)
• Admission to practice law, or eligibility for admission, in the relevant jurisdiction
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills, ideally demonstrated through a writing sample
• Prior experience in securities litigation, corporate litigation, shareholder derivative actions, or class action practice is a plus, though strong judicial clerkship experience or lateral litigation backgrounds will also be considered
• Ability to manage complex, document-intensive litigation and work independently under deadline pressure
• Strong academic transcript and undergraduate credentials
• High ethical standards and a genuine interest in investor and consumer advocacy work

Pay

$150,000 - $180,000 per year
