Business Litigation Attorney: 2nd-6th year

About the role

Cooley LLP has an opportunity available to work in the business and securities litigation practice group in our San Diego and Los Angeles offices.

Requirements

• 2-6 years of significant litigation experience
• Practiced in the Litigation Department of a comparable law firm
• Project-based experience, as well as the ability to multi-task on a variety of high-level assignments while continuously producing thoughtful, intelligent work product of superior quality
• Experience working with and overseeing junior associates and professional staff
• High level of academic achievement from a law school institution
• Current admittance to the California bar
• Experience in technology litigation, class action defense, and/or company v. company disputes preferred but not required

Pay

The expected annual pay range for this position is $235,000-$390,000. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
