Business Litigation Attorney: 2nd-6th year

About the role

Cooley LLP has an opportunity available to work in the business and securities litigation practice group in our San Diego and Los Angeles offices. Preferred candidates should present a solid background in complex commercial litigation.

Requirements

• 2-6 years of significant litigation experience
• Practiced in the Litigation Department of a comparable law firm
• Project-based experience, as well as the ability to multi-task on a variety of high-level assignments while continuously producing thoughtful, intelligent work product of superior quality
• Experience working with and also overseeing junior associates and professional staff
• High level of academic achievement from a law school institution
• Current admittance to the California bar required
• Experience in the areas of technology litigation, class action defense, and/or company v. company disputes preferred but not required

Pay

The expected annual pay range for this position is $235,000-$390,000. Final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
